STUDIO CREA’s signature mentorship program and creative playground for Saigon's next generation of artistic minds.
Founded in 2022, this is an intensive, fast-paced hub where conventional rules are thrown out the window, and raw, daring ideas are brought to life.
The Vision & Accessibility
The Collectiv is an experimental incubation space where youth, models, dancers, and creators train and push artistic boundaries under Lex’s direct creative briefs.
Lex built this program with a core belief: high-level industry training should be accessible, offering a safe, empowering space for students to grow, experiment, and discover their true artistic expression. To support the next generation of creators, full and partial scholarships are available for passionate students who dream of learning and building a path in the visual arts.
What Members Learn & Experience
Through hands-on mentorship and detailed education, selected Collectiv members master both the art and business of visual storytelling:
Technical & Creative Mastery: Hands-on training in camera anatomy, studio lighting techniques, set creation, concept design, brief building, modeling, and post-processing procedures.
Real-World Industry Experience: Members step onto active STUDIO CREA sets as production assistants, learning client management while ensuring studio clients feel completely supported, confident, and empowered.
Collaborative Brainstorming: Regular group sessions to pitch, develop, and execute high-concept shoots alongside a close-knit crew of peers.
Student Exhibition: Members take center stage in 2027 to present their own original work in a curated student gallery exhibition, showcasing their learned skills, growth, and creative vision.
